How to choose good fod for bones


His taste was long I didn't post, this time I will share tips on food that is good for bone health, strong bones should people satisfied with the nutrients that are in need of a bone that is the calcium and vitamin D, calcium support bone and tooth structure, whereas vitamin D increases calcium absorption and bone growth. Both the nutrition needed to maintain bone health, especially for women who are more vulnerable to developing osteoporosis, a disease that is on the mark with fragile bones, so with sufficient calcium and vitamin D can prevent the bone health of osteoporosis.

below is the food healthy bones:

1. Yogurt
You can consume one cup of yogurt to meet daily calcium requirement, choose low fat yogurt and in enrich with vitamins D

2. Milk
Milk is one of those drinks that use calcium to meet the daily nutrient adequacy.

3. Cheese
In one ounce of cheese containing 200 ml of calcium but other cheese types has a different calcium content, choose the best cheese which contain lots of vitamin D.

4. Marine fish
Sardines that you can find in cans have a calcium and vitamin D which is quite high. In addition to salmon sardines are unisex which is known for its omega-3 content is high and contains vitamin d. tuna is also a source of vitamin D, Three ounces of canned tuna contains 154 IU, or about 39% of your vitamin D needs.

5. Egg
Although eggs contain only 6% of your daily vitamin D, but the eggs is a quick and easy way to get vitamin d.

6. Spinach
For those of you who are less like the milk then you can choose spinach as an alternative to get your calcium.

7. Juice Broccoli
By consuming broccoli good for bone health, vitamin K and D is very necessary for bone health.
